Trying something different today and using a resistance band. Do you want more of these types of videos that incorporate resistance?

And a couple safety tips about this, make sure when you step on the band that the band is right under the middle of your foot, under the arch. Don't be confident with it just under your toes or your heels because that band WILL snap up and probably hurt (speaking from experience, lol). Also, ensure it's the right strength of band for you. If you feel it getting completely taught and stretched, it could break, so please be careful. Also, yes, oops, more like 3 minutes today because I talked a lot and added some stretches at the end :)
