Get ready for a sweaty 25 minute full body HIIT cardio workout you can do at home – no equipment and NO REPEAT exercises! 🔥
This is a follow along workout, perfect if you want to burn calories, boost your heart rate and feel amazing in a short time.
In this session we will target your whole body with cardio-based moves that challenge your legs, core and upper body. Every exercise is done only once – no repeating sets – so the workout feels fast, fun and never boring.
What you need:
• 25 minutes of your time
• A mat or soft surface (optional)
• Water and a towel
• No equipment – just your bodyweight
Workout details:
• Duration: 25 minutes
• Style: HIIT cardio, full body
• Level: beginner to intermediate (follow your own pace)
• No repeat format – new move every interval
• Great for fat burning, stamina, and toning at home
