– Dried apricots — 50 g (¼ cup)
– Rolled oats — 40 g (½ cup)
– Almonds — 2 tbsp (20 g)
– Lemon juice — from ½ lemon
– Lemon zest — from 1 lemon
Mix everything until sticky, shape into balls, chill — and enjoy! 🍋✨
