Quick & Healthy Cashew Nutella
Ingredients
• ½ cup almonds
• ½ cup cashews
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• ½ cup powdered sugar (or coconut sugar for a healthier option)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• 3–5 tbsp oil (as needed)
Instructions
1. Roast the almonds: Dry roast the almonds in a pan until they turn slightly golden brown. Let them cool.
2. Grind the nuts: In a high-speed blender, first blend the cashews until smooth. Then add the roasted almonds and blend into a fine powder.
3. Release the oils: Continue blending until the natural oils start to release and the mixture begins to form a paste.
4. Add flavors: Add cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and 3 tbsp of oil. Blend again until smooth and creamy.
5. Adjust consistency: If the mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tbsp more oil and blend until you get a spreadable texture.
Serving
Your quick and healthy cashew Nutella is ready! Store in a clean, airtight jar and spread it on toast, pancakes, or enjoy by the spoonful.
