Ingredient list:
Dough:
1kg bread flour
1tbs yeast
300ml milk+200ml water
2eggs
105g butter
1tbs salt
1tbs oil
2tsp flour
Filling:
Melted butter
850gr cooked or smoked ham
Additional:
1 egg+ 1 tablespon milk for brushing the cachitos
Melted butter.
Important:
Always use the ingredients at room temperature.
Always pre-heat your oven
Check the package instructions of the yeast to activate it.
