Aloo Matar Mix Paratha Recipe
Ingredients:
2-3 boiled potatoes (mashed)
1 cup green peas (mutter), lightly mashed
1 small onion (finely chopped) – optional
5-6 green chilli
8-9 garlic cloves
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Wheat flour (atta)
Water (as needed)
Oil or ghee or butter for roasting

Method:
1. In a bowl, add mashed potatoes and mashed peas.
2. Add onion, green chilli & garlic paste, cumin seeds, all spices, salt, and coriander leaves.
3. Mix everything well to make a soft stuffing.
4. Knead wheat flour with water and a little salt to make a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
5. Take a small dough ball, roll slightly, place stuffing in the center, and seal.
6. Roll gently into a paratha.
7. Heat a tawa, place the paratha, cook on medium flame.
8. Apply oil or ghee on both sides and cook until golden brown spots appear.
