Crispy Palak Paratha at Home | Easy Healthy Recipe | Hotel Style Palak Paratha Recipe 😍 | Perfect for Breakfast & Lunch
Palak Paratha (Spinach Flatbread)
Ingredients:
1 bunch palak (spinach)
2cups / 4tbsp wheat flour
4-5 green chilies
6-8 garlic cloves
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp red Ajwain
½ tsp red chilli powder (optional)
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil or ghee (for dough)
Oil/ghee for roasting
Method:
1. Wash palak well
2. Grind palak with green chillies & garlic, cumin,red chilli, to make a smooth paste.
3. In a bowl add wheat flour, Ajwain & salt.
4. Add palak paste and mix. Add a little water if needed and make a soft dough.
5. Add 1 tbsp oil/ghee and knead again. Rest for 10 mins.
6. Make small balls and roll into round parathas as per video.
7. Heat a tawa and cook paratha on both sides using oil/ghee until golden spots appear.
8. Serve hot with butter, curd or pickle 😍
