You already know what time it is! Let's build some strength with this booty dumbbell workout! It is only 35 minutes long but I promise you are going to feel so proud of yourself after conquering this body recomposition workout!
If you want to grow or shape your booty (aka glutes and hamstrings) then you will love this workout! A frequently asked question I get from women who want to shrink their legs is if they can still strength train, and the answer is YES! Lifting weights can help you build lean muscle in the targeted areas and that will help you lose body fat and shape up!
These workouts have longer rest periods because I want you to focus on giving it your ALL during our working sets! Trust me if you are pushing hard enough during our working sets when we have our 1-minute rest period you will be wanting ALL of it!
Each week I want you to challenge yourself by utilizing progressive overload. This is where each week (or every other week depending on how you feel) increasing the weight you are using or increasing the repetitions you are doing!
