Ingredients for Recipes:
Bacon and Leek Macaroni Cheese
1 leek, 6 rashers chopped bacon, 250g dried macaroni, 500ml milk, 2 tbsp cornflour, 100g grated cheese, 1/4 tsp mustard powder, 20g grated cheese to sprinkle on the top.

I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Chicken
1 sliced onion, 400g chicken thighs, 2 minced garlic cloves, 3cm ginger chopped, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp turmeric, pinch of cinnamon, 1 chopped courgette, 150g chopped mushrooms, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 2 chopped peppers, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, juice of half a lemon, 2 tbsp ground almonds, 1 chicken stock cube, 100g low fat cream cheese.

Bangers and Mash Pie
8 chicken sausages, 1 onion chopped, 350ml beef stock, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1/2 tsp thyme, 200g frozen peas. Mashed potatoes for the topping mixed with 1 egg during mashing.

Stuffed Pasta Shells
1 packet jumbo shells, 2 jars pasta sauce, 500g turkey mince, 1 chopped onion, 300g ricotta cheese, 2 handfuls of spinach, lots of grated cheese for the top.

Cheesy Fajita Orzotto
5006 turkey mince, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped peppers, 2 tsp garlic granules, 2 tbsp fajita seasoning, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 600ml chicken stock, 200g orzo, juice of 1 lemon, 120g grated cheese.
