Baked Camembert is a real treat and easy to do.
Every now and then it's so quick and easy to pop into the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 mins and out comes a real cheese feast.
It can be used as a starter or just a quick snack, but with such a strong earthy flavour it's heavenly.
