Breakfast:
Calories 532, Protein: 41g, Carbs: 55g, Fat: 18g
200g Vegan Greek yogurt (Use unsweetened if can)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
100g fresh blueberries
5g raw walnut
1 Weetabix cake
Lunch: Tacos: Recipe makes 2-3 servings
Calories per 190g seitan hot dog, 3 tacos, 120g Avo Salsa, 20g lettuce, 3 tbsp store bought salsa
Calories: 575, Protein: 50g, Carbs:73g, Fat:12g
Taco Mix:
2 seitan hot dogs
1.5 tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 small red onion
4-5 sprays of Avo oil
Adjust all the seasonings per your preference.
Dinner: Tandoori Soy Curls Curry, Recipe makes 5-6 servings
Calories per 300g cooked soy curls, 100g cooked rice, 100g lettuce, 100g cucumber
Calories: 588, Protein: 40g, Carbs: 70g, Fat: 17g
500g dried soy curls (mixed in hot water with 1.5 tsp vegan chicken bouillon)
1 medium size onion
3 large tomatoes
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
green chili per taste
1 cup frozen green peas
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
4-5 tbsp Tandoori paste per taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp dried kasuri methi
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1.5 cup water (adjust)
salt per taste
