In my physio ball series of videos, I will share some of my favorite exercises for balance, core strength, coordination, and trunk mobility. Using a physio ball is a great way to effectively cross train at home to ultimately get your standing leg more stable when you dance. These exercises are good for everyone, not just dancers!
