Bagua Zhang Ten Minute Primer - Foundational Basic Skills (Part 6)

This is the sixth video in a series of Bagua Zhang Ten Minute Primer Videos. The aim of these videos will be to introduce the key points regarding training methods and basic fundamental aspects of Bagua Zhang that anyone can follow, whether they are new to the art or practice it already.

In this primer video I will introduce and explain the foundational basic skills
, fundamental details and standard method of Xuan Tiao Zhang (Coiling Scooping Palm)
. I introduce the progressive manner through which you can practice this technique, which is a fundamental core practice within Liang style Bagua Zhang.

While differing lineages of Bagua Zhang have various versions and methods of this, I shall present here the standard and commonly practiced version of it as was taught to me within my Liang style Bagua Zhang lineage.
