गव्हाचे पीठ २ कप | Wheat flour 2 cups
बेसन ४ टेबलस्पून | Gram flour (besan) 4 tablespoons
तेल २ टेबलस्पून | Oil 2 tablespoons
मीठ चवीनुसार | Salt to taste
आलू पराठा सारण | Aloo Paratha Stuffing
उकडलेले बटाटे ६ | Boiled potatoes 6
हिरवी मिरची ४-५ | Green chilies 4-5
आले १ इंच | Ginger 1 inch
धने पूड १ टीस्पून | Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
मिरची पावडर १ टीस्पून | Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
आमचूर पावडर १ टीस्पून | Dry mango powder (amchur) 1 teaspoon
बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर १/४ कप | Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup
कसुरी मेथी १ टेबलस्पून | Dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) 1 tablespoon

How to make Aloo Paratha Recipe Step by Step-
1. Prepare the Dough
Take 2 cups wheat flour, 4 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp oil, and salt to taste in a bowl.
Add little water at a time and knead into a soft dough.
Cover and let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
2. Make the Stuffing
Grate 6 boiled potatoes in a large bowl.
Grind green chilies and ginger without using water.
Add ginger chilly paste, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp amchur powder, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp kasuri methi, and salt to taste.
Mix everything well to make a uniform stuffing.
3. Rolling the Paratha
Take a small portion of dough and roll into a ball.
Dust with dry wheat flour and roll into a small circle.
Place 2–3 tbsp of stuffing in the center.
Bring edges together and seal the stuffing.
Gently roll again into a medium-thick paratha.
4. Cooking the Paratha
Heat a tawa (flat pan) on medium flame.
