How We Got Here...

2013: Our Founder John Masud Parvez dropped out of his PhD Study!

2013: Fueled by a strong curiosity in Human Resources, education and personal unpleasant experience with Healthcare Customer Experience started his self funded research.

2016: After five years of hard work, John founded Vietnam Social Health Revolution (VSHR). This organization aimed to change public healthcare, laying the foundation for what was to come.

2017: VSHR grew to 50+ team members, but faced problems that made John almost decided to close it down in desperation. Despite the tough times, he refused to give up.

2017: Giving up his Director role, John focused on creating a new workforce model. With determination, he faced VSHR's challenges head-on, refusing to back down.

2019: John's hard work paid off. The new workforce models not only fixed VSHR's problems but also got attention nationwide, helping millions of people.

2019: Building on success, VSHR decided to share its workforce models with other companies with the goal to make workplaces better for everyone.

2020: VSHR made tailored workforce transformation models for companies productive, effective and more profitable.

2021: VSHR Pro Academy academy founded to empower companies by people, expertise and strategy.

2022: VSHR Pro Academy launched 'Pro Alpha Award' to recognize HR leaders for their transformative HR projects.

2023: VSHR Pro Academy started 'Pro Research and Lunch' to empower the Senior HR leaders to rethink HR business strategy

2024: We published our Workforce Transformation book for HR and business leaders - 100x, Business Workforce in Vietnam

2026: We Launched Skill Assets platform. Skill Asset isn’t just another learning or skills platform — it’s a system that helps professionals, freelancers, soloproneur, leaders monetize skills into income-producing assets that build passive income, multiple income streams, and long-term financial freedom.
