SQUAT JUMP CHALLENGE | Challenging Pregnancy Safe Workout 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Trimester

Join me for this intense squat jump challenge! It is 10 minutes and modifications are provided for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester of pregnancy if you are currently pregnant.
-If you are not pregnant OR if you are in 1st trimester, you will follow along with me, 25 reps every minute on the minute. Weight highly encouraged.
-2nd trimester of pregnancy: 20 reps every minute on the minute. Exploding up to tip toes. Weight optional.
-3rd trimester of pregnancy: 15 reps every minute on the minute. Exploding up to tip toes. Weight optional.
-Postpartum less than 5 months: If you've completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 of my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan you'll be doing 20 x squat to tip-toe explosions just like 2nd trimester ladies (up to tip toes). Weight encouraged.
-Postpartum past 5 months & Graduate of my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan with no leaks for at least 9 weeks: You fall into the first category (not pregnant/1st trimester safe!)
