Complete the Tri-sets of movements for 2 sets as follows:40 secs work/20 secs rest
I used a bench + heavy booty band + a set of, 7kg/15.5 lbs, 12.5kg/27.5 lbs, 20kg/45 lbs, but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
