Turmeric powder – a pinch
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Water – as needed
Oil – for deep frying
For Stuffed Onion & Carrot Bajji:
Bajji mirchi – as needed
Onion – 1, chopped
Carrot – grated, as needed
Mint leaves – few, chopped
Red chilli powder – a pinch
Salt – as per taste
Lemon juice – a few drops
