Want a fun, low impact workout you can do at home? Grab 2 paper plates, find either a carpeted space or smooth floor, and follow this routine.
1. Slide out push-ups - 5 each side
2. Slide back lunges - 5 each leg
3. Slide out planks - 5 each side
4. Slide out lunges - 5 each side
5. Sliding mountain climbers - finish your workout by doing as many of these as you can
