In this rotator cuff routine I share my top 5 exercises. If you have shoulder pain I recommend you do this routine as part of your warm-up before the upper body workout or handstands. You can also choose only 2-3 rotator cuff exercises and do them on a daily basis to keep your shoulders strong and healthy.
