Peanut is one of my favorite nuts.
My boss teach me how to cook this crunchy peanut in salt, although it cooked into salt this is not salty taste. So healthy nuts, no oil added.This crunchy peanut in salt you can preserve long time , just put into dry plastic bottle with cover.
We can reuse the salt many times..
