20粒鸭蛋20 duck eggs
半小碗白酒 half a small bowl of white liquor
半锅的清水 （2-3公升）half a pot of water (2-3L)
约500-700克的盐（根据水量调整）500-700g salt（based on amount of water to adjust）
*盐水煮到饱和的状态即可（盐再加也溶不掉了，锅底会有未溶的盐颗粒）
*Cook the salt water until it reaches a saturated state (when no more salt can dissolve and excess salt remains undissolved at the bottom).
