This workout is a quick & effective routine that will work your entire body, incorporating pilates exercises with balletic moves to help with your strength, but also your posture & form. 💕💕

| BOOK A CLASS WITH ME |

I am offering online group & private classes! The group classes will be every Monday and Friday at 19:00 (Berlin Time) Classes are both 60min long AND GROUP CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED IF YOU MISS ONE💕💕

| MONDAY | FLEXIBLE FLOW |

Flexible flow is a yoga flow which focuses mainly on flexibility. Increasing flexibility for splits, middle splits, hip & back flexibility.

| FRIDAY | BEAUTIFUL BALLET & PILATES WORKOUT MIX |

This workout focuses mainly on increasing strength & stamina while using balletic movements to improve artistry, fluidity & posture.

| PRICES FOR GROUP CLASSES |

One Time Only - 15€
Whole Month One Class - 40€
Whole Month Both Classes - 60€

| PRIVATE CLASSES |

Offering a range of classes from jumping/rotations, spinning, ballet, yoga, pilates, spiral & flexibility training. Classes range from 30min, 40min, 45min & 50min 60min. Whatever time and day.
