酱油炒饭所需材料
隔夜饭或刚煮好的白饭豆可以
腊肠 适量
萝卜 适量
青葱 适量
生姜 少许
鸡蛋
调味:
香油
盐
白糖
胡椒粉
黑酱油
生抽
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Cooked rice (overnight in fridge)
2. Chinese sausage 1pc, diced
3. Ginger 2 slices, julienne
4. Carrots small piece, diced
5. Spring onion 1 stalk, diced
6. Eggs 2pcs, beaten
Seasoning
1. Salt little
2. Sugar little
3. Pepper little
4. Light soya sauce little
5. Dark soya sauce appropriate amount
Method
1. Add salt, sugar and pepper to the cooked rice
2. Heat wok and add oil. Add in ginger to stir fry till fragrant. Add in egg and stir fry. Then add in sausage and carrots and fry till fragrant.
3. Add in rice and slowly loosen the rice under low heat. Then turn to medium heat and continue to stir fry till rice gets hot.
4. Add dark and light soya sauces and stir fry under low heat. Then turn to high heat and fry till fragrant.
5. Add spring onion and fry for ~20sec
6. Serve and enjoy! 💕
