Creamy Korma Kabab:
Ingredients
Chicken tikka boti 1 packet
Water 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Korma masala 3 tbsp
Button red chilies 4
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Brown onion 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Hung curd 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts 10 grinded
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp grinded
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Bread crumbs as required
Sambal Oleak 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
METHOD
In a pan put chicken tikka boti, water, ginger garlic paste, onion, korma masala, button red chilies, sambal oleak, soy sauce and chili garlic sauce, cover and cook till chicken done. Remove, cool and chopperize chicken with brown onion, hung curd, cream cheese, eggs, grinded cashew nut and coconut, salt, coriander leaves, mix well, shape into kababs, dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs, deep fry. Serve hot.
Masaledar Handi Mutton:
Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Cumin roasted & crushed 1 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Powder milk 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Water 1 ½ cup
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Sambal Oleak 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
METHOD
Marinate mutton with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, allspice powder, roasted and crushed cumin, yogurt, sambal oleak, soy sauce and raw papaya, and leave it for 1 hour. Heat handi, add in it marinated mutton with 1 ½ cup of water, cover and leave it till tender, then add in cream, powder milk, leave it on dum for 10-15 mins.Lastly garnished with coriander leaves, serve with nan.
Prawn Balls:
Ingredients:
Prawn (chopped) 300 gm
Flour 3 tbsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oil as required
Method:
Mix all together in a bowl, make into balls shape. Deep fry for 5 minutes. Remove and re-fry again till crisp and golden. Serve hot.
