Crispy fried chicken tossed in dynamite sauce, golden garlic parmesan fries, and a creamy pistachio latte make this an irresistible homemade café experience.
DYNAMITE FRIED SANDWICH
Ingredients – Dough
Flour – 2 cups
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1
Instant yeast – 1 tbsp
Oil – ¼ cup
Warm water – as required (to knead)
Ingredients – Chicken Marination
Chicken breast (julienne cut) – 1
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper – ½ tsp
Garlic powder – ½ tsp
Chicken powder – ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Chili sauce – 2 tbsp
Beaten egg – ½
Flour – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp (for frying)
Method:
Mix all marination ingredients with chicken and deep fry until golden and crispy.
Ingredients – Sauce
Honey – ¼ cup
Milk – 3 tbsp
Ketchup – ¼ cup
Mayonnaise – ¼ cup
Chili sauce – 2 tbsp
Paprika – ½ tsp
Iceberg lettuce – chopped
Chopped coriander – as required
Fried chicken – as required
For Bread
Beaten egg (egg wash)
Sesame seeds
Assembly Method
Knead dough and let it rise for 30 minutes until doubled. Shape buns and proof again for 15 minutes. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake until golden.
Mix sauce ingredients, add fried chicken, lettuce, and coriander. Assemble sandwiches with prepared buns and filling.
GARLIC PARMESAN CRISPY FRIES
Ingredients
Potatoes (large, thick cut) – 3
Boiled with salt & chicken powder – 10 minutes
For Coating
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Flour – 3 tbsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
Chicken powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Garlic powder – ½ tsp
Oil – for deep frying
Garlic Butter Toss
Butter – 2 oz
Chopped garlic – 1 oz
Parmesan cheese – 2 tbsp
Mixed herbs – 2 tbsp
Method:
Coat potatoes with flour and spices. Deep fry until golden and crisp. Toss immediately in garlic butter, parmesan cheese, and herbs. Serve hot.
PISTACHIO LATTE
Ingredients
Pistachio paste – for garnish
For Drink
Hot water – ½ cup
Instant espresso – 2 tsp
Pistachio paste – 1 tbsp
Milk – ½ cup
Condensed milk – 2 tbsp
Crushed ice – as required
Vanilla ice cream – 2 scoops
Method:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve immediately and garnish with pistachio paste.
