1 Big Red Onion 1粒 大洋葱
1 Spring Onion 1条 青葱
2 Eggs 2粒 鸡蛋

Seasonings 调味料 :
200ml Water 200毫升 水
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce 1汤匙 鱼露
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Sugar 1汤匙 糖
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce 1茶匙 酱油
