Welcome to this low-impact, full-body workout you can do at home with zero equipment! It is beginner-friendly, joint-friendly, and perfect for those who want to burn fat and tone muscles without any jumping.
Workout structure:
• Warm-up – 5 exercises (30 sec work / 10 sec rest)
• Main workout – 20 unique exercises (45 sec work / 15 sec rest)
• Cool-down – 5 stretches (30 sec each / 10 sec rest)

Modification tip:
If side planks feel too difficult, feel free to drop your bottom knee and do the side plank from your knee instead – still effective, just more accessible!
