Ingredients
Flour - 1 1/2 cups (180g)
Butter - 250 grams
Eggs - 2
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Milk - 200 ml (1 cup)
Sugar - 1 cup (200g)
Pan size - 9.5 * 8.3 * 2.0
Instructions:
1. Preheat over at 180°C.
2. Sift the flour. Set aside.
3. In the mixing bowl, add in the butter and sugar. Mix until the butter is white, light and fluffy.
4. Add in the egg. Mix until the yellow eggs disappear.
5. Add in the sifted dry ingredient little by little.
6. Add baking powder and salt.
7. Add the milk and vanilla extract. give a good mix.
7. Pour the batter into the baking pan. Bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes.
8. Test the cake using the cake test.
9. Cool the cake on the cooling rack. Once it is cooled, you may cut and serve the cake.
