So it is finally time, we are making Brandewyn.
I this video we will Distill the Brandy and finishing it.
The fabric used is Fiola
Brandy aged with 15g of Medium Toasted Karee
15G of Dark roast Oak
15g of Charred Karee
per bottle
With all the awesome flavors from so nice and sweet raisins.
The recipe:
750-800g of Raisins.
4 Litres of Grape juice
3kg of Sugar
Add water to 20l volume.
The yeast of your choice.
Leave it for 5 days @ 25 'C
Filter Clarify and run.
