Front Splits Stretches
This is a follow along routine with effective movements and stretches aimed to improve hamstrings, hip flexors and glutes flexibility for front splits. Take it slow, breath and tune in to your body :)
This is a great routine to include into your daily life, if getting your splits is your goal, or if you need a nice stretch after sitting at the desk all day long, or if you are a runner.
To make the most out of this video make sure you warm up beforehand with some light cardio or dynamic stretches.
The warmer the muscles, the deeper you will be able to go into your stretch.
