Egg Roll Wrapper Pies

Want a quick, easy, and delicious pie. No slicing, just grab and go. This will be the best pie you have ever had. No need to have to slice a whole pie. Try these little egg roll wrapped pies and you will be amazed. The cherry with the cream cheese and the caramel apple, oh my goodness. You will want to make these over and over. They are so easy and quick to put together and cook. These are delicious at any time of the year. Make them for your next holiday or any gathering you have. I promise they will be a big hit. The combinations are endless. Just use your imagination and your tast buds. You will be happy you did.

I made cherry and cream cheese filling, apple and caramel filling with extra caramel to dip in.
I would like to make peach and make a dipping sauce of sour cream, sprinkled with brown sugar. Do not stir. The brown sugar will melt into the sour cream. Dip the peach pies in that. I can just taste it as I think about it.

Follow the directions in the video. There is not really a recipe for these, just instructions.

You will need:

Egg Roll Wrappers (find them in the produce section)
Pie filling of your choice
Extras of your choice for dipping.
Oil in pan to come up about 2 inches.

Roll pie filling in egg roll wrapper, secure, fry in hot oil.
