A:
豆干 250g
鸡蛋 1 个
姜泥 1 茶匙
麻油 1汤匙
胡椒粉 半茶匙
糖 1茶匙
百菇精 适量
中筋面粉 15g
（A全部混合一起）
B:
寿司海苔 2张
豆腐皮 2张
C:
鸡蛋 1个
盐 适量
胡椒粉 适量
（蘸上鸡蛋液后放入油锅炸）
recipe:
A:
250g dried tofu
1 egg
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
Mushroom Seasoning right amount
All-purpose flour 15g
(A is all mixed together)
B:
Sushi Nori 2 sheets
2 sheets of tofu skin
C:
1 egg
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
(Dip the egg and fry it in a frying pan)
