Hello all.
Here is a lil' vocal exercise routine to help you connect with your breath and begin to stretch that capacity.
Some of these exercises might be tricky, but try to stay focused on controlling and engaging with your breath and see if you can get to the end of each exercise.
Breathe from the abdomen, and manage your breath as you are singing - try not to let it rush out all at once (or this will get super challenging very quickly).
Come back to this vid whenever you feel you need a little check in with the breath.
