Welcome to this 30 minute Slow Flow Yoga class . It's a grounded blend of mindful movement, functional mobility, and a few longer, nourishing holds to help you reset your body and your nervous system.
This class is perfect if you’re:
✔️ Feeling burned out or overwhelmed
✔️ Wanting a gentle but intentional practice
✔️ Craving fluid movement and stillness
✔️ Looking to deepen body awareness and mobility

We’ll move slowly and intentionally, focusing on:

✨ Building strength through fluid transitions
✨ Calming the mind with longer holds
✨ Reconnecting to breath + inner steadiness
No fancy shapes. No performance. Just real, grounded yoga to help you come home to yourself.
