Beginner level 1 Peak Pilates Classical Mat workout with transitions. This workout is technically supposed to be 15 minutes by the education books but realistically it'll be about 20 minutes in a group setting (my intro/outro add time too). I was trained PEAK level 1 back in 2017 so I know training material changes and I messed up the teaser prep to teaser 1 transition in this video so please comment if anything I did is no longer by the book. This is one of my favorite workouts to come back to weekly!
