Get ready for a quick15 MIN Trampoline (rebounder) HIIT Workout with CORE using the Pilates Mini Ball for added resistance and engaging the deepest part of your rectus abdominal. We jump to the beat to INCREASE the intensity and bring out the joy in moving your body! In the HIIT section we have 15 moves, 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. Than grab your mini ball or pillow to follow along for a deep ab workout.
