Dry fruits ladoo is very nutritious and healthy food in winter season, It gives heat and energy to our body.
In this video I am showing traditional dry fruits laddus recipe
Ingredients for 55_60 laddus
. 250 gms dry dates powder
. 200 gms desiccated coconut
. 200 gms cashew powder
. 200 gms almond powder
. 200 gms wheat flour
. 200 gms jaggery powder
. 100 gms pistachio powder
. 100 gms godambi powder
. 100 gms raisins
. 50 gms poppy seeds
. 300_400 gms pure ghee
. 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Method
1 Roast poppy seeds in a pan ,then
Roast desiccated coconut by adding
little ghee. Roast dry dates powder
adding ghee for 1 minute.
2 Add cashew powder, almond
powder,pistachio powder, godambi
powder in a pan and roast by adding
ghee for few minutes. and keep
aside.
3 Roast wheat flour by adding enough
ghee till it becomes golden brown in
color ,then keep aside for cooling for
3_4hours.
4 After cooling add jaggery powder in
roasted wheat flour and 1 teaspoon
of cardamom powder and mix well.
5 Add roasted dryfruits and mix gently.
6 Bind the laddus .
Note:_ These laddoo are made up of all dry ingredients so you can store it for 15-20 days
