Here we go, Start to finish sausage making at it's easiest. Come with me on the journey from start to finish, from deboning to smoking.
Recipe:
Per 1Kg of meat
15g Salt
4g Pepper
3g Cure
10g Binder (optional)
100g Water (or broth)
Mix it all together with a double going 25% pork and smoke with mild applewood smoke. Great results, Great memories.
