YOGA CAPSULE SERIES
Usually we keep our mind set to do yoga practices at home on a regular basis at least for an hour. However, finding this much of time only possible if one go to yoga center regularly. It is difficult to practice yoga at home for long duration with household responsibilities.
Keeping this in mind, we are introducing a yoga capsule series. In this series, practices will be of short duration to help to maintain your motivation, sincerity and regularity being at home. It is ideal for working professionals.

Eka Pada Pranamasana (one-legged prayer pose)

Kandharasana (shoulder pose)
Sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose)
Matsyasana (fish pose)
Shavasana
Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (1:1:1 with antar kumbhaka jalandhara and moola Bandha)
