Struggling with tight hamstrings? This 15-minute yoga-inspired stretch session will help you release tension, improve flexibility + move with more ease.
I’ll guide you through three of my favourite hamstring stretches to lengthen the back of the legs, gently open up the body + support better mobility. This practice is beginner-friendly, slow-paced + ideal if you sit at a desk, run regularly, or simply feel stiff.
What you’ll need: a yoga strap (or a dressing gown tie works just as well).
