Circular breathing or the connected breathing involves consciously taking deep breaths without pausing in between.
There are various ways in which this is used.
For example, it is often the case that this circular breathing is often used in breathing sessions and breathing circles. During these breathing sessions, the instruction is often that you focus on the inhale and just let go of the exhale.
This short exercise is a bit different.
With this breathing technique we inhale for 7 seconds and exhale for 7 seconds.
We repeat this 7 times. This short exercise will bring you back to yourself, it will help you to become calm and calm.
You will also notice that you are more focused. This exercise also activates your 7 energy centers, your chakras.
And what I like is that you can do this exercise anywhere!
