🔥 7 min Abs Workout — Low Abs, Strength (Level 4, With Weights) 🔥
Hi everybody! 👋
Today we’re hitting the lower abs with a short but intense 7-minute strength-focused circuit. This workout is designed to push your core with heavy resistance and short sets — perfect for building strength and hypertrophy in the lower abdominals.
🧱 Workout Format:
2 exercises: Leg Drops & Rowing Crunch
30 seconds work / 20 seconds rest
5 sets of Leg Drops + 3 sets of Rowing Crunch
This session is all about strength & control — using weights to overload the muscles and stimulate growth in your core.
🧘♀️ What You’ll Need:
✔️ A yoga mat
✔️ Ankle weights
For this circuit, I’m wearing 2 kg ankle weights and sometimes 1 kg as well — but make sure to choose the resistance that works best for your level.
⚠️ Training Tip:
Lower abs can be tricky to engage — so keep your movements controlled, avoid arching your lower back, and focus on slow, strong reps for maximum results.
