Barre Workout at Home | 50 Mins | Full Length | Full Body | Intermediate Level
This 50 minute barre workout, is an intermediate level class. I take inspiration from some dance moves from when I was 16, dancing to Prince's Cream. I even taught this class lesson plan in my studio as a Prince Tribute Class on the anniversary of his passing. How amazing was Prince's music!!!!
The only equipment you will need for this class is a set of light weights and a yoga mat!
