Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with postures that are held for longer periods of time working on the fascia, the joints, and having overall calming effect on the nervous system. The slow tempo, the holding, and the relaxation make yin yoga very appealing, and restoring after a busy day. Relaxing, calming, and filling our emotional bucket – this is yin yoga. Namaste.
