DESCRIPTION
In Target 10 Quads you will work the front of your thighs to perfection using a resistance loop to intensify the exercises. You will start with thigh dancing, then move to leg raises, circles, in and out sweeps and extensions with different rep patterns. You will do the exercises on one side first and then the other in order to fully fatigue each leg. The burn is real with this intense quad focused workout. Use it on it's own or add it to another of the Target 10 workouts for a further challenge.
