Welcome to Grounded with Nik. Each day I film a calm, simple stretch session in my garage — a few minutes to loosen my body, quiet my mind, and stay accountable to my own practice.
Most of us don’t move, stretch, or breathe intentionally. So I’m sharing this daily routine in case it helps someone else slow down and reconnect.
