Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour
300ml warm milk (30°C)
1 Whole egg
50g Butter
70g Caster Sugar
10g Dry Yeast
150g Chopped Cranberries (or dried fruit of your choice)
2g salt
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
20g Active White Sourdough Starter (optional)
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground Cloves
1/4 tsp ground Ginger
1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground Cardamom
Baking Instructions:
Bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
