This is an intense legs glutes and abs workout with no equipment other than an optional mini band on 2 exercises. This was really tough but great to do AND if you want to tone those areas you've got to work hard!!

Workout deets 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest

Round 1
Squat upper side twist
Curtsey leg flick
Flutters

Round 2
Romanian deadlift
Reverse lunge leg raise
Plank knee to elbow

Round 3
Lunge to RDL
Banded from squat walk
Plank hip drop

Round 4
Banded side squat walk
Wide squat side to side hold
Plank up down
