Hey my rainbows,
Here’s how you can flavour ganache .. three yummy flavours are demonstrated in this video .. you can make innumerable flavours with these techniques.
Quantities as mentioned below:
DARK CHOCOLATE MINT GANACHE:
35 grams dark chocolate
35 grams Amul cream
Few drops of mint essence
COFFEE MILK CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
90 grams milk chocolate
22grams amul cream
3-4 tsps coffee powder + 2-3 tsp water
PAAN GULKAND GANACHE:
90 grams white chocolate
30 grams amul cream
3-4 tsp gulkand
2tsp fennel seeds
1-2 tsp water
A pinch elaichi powder
